Mando Rayo is a Latino Engagement Strategist based in Austin, Texas.
Mando’s experience is deep rooted in the community and nonprofit sector. Rayo offers content and training that focuses on building capacity and creating change with multicultural prospects, specifically the Hispanic community. He offers innovative engagement strategies (grassroots to social media), multicultural programming and trainings for nonprofits and for-profits alike.
Mando is the founder of Engage501, a Texas multicultural engagement initiative and founding member of The Social Revolución at SXSW
