Mando is a frequent presenter at national conferences, including South by Southwest Interactive Festival and Hispanicize, and has been featured in the New York Times and on NPR’s All Things Considered.
As a grassroots cocinero and taco aficionado, Mando shares his Latino perspectives and canvasses Austin and beyond to explore all things tacos. While most food bloggers focus on trendy foods and fancy trailers, Mando focuses on the richness of the taco culture.
